A Harmony for Steve by Hallee Bridgeman

While reading this book the first thing that came to mind was a scripture. That scripture, in my opinion, sums up this whole entire book. That scripture is Ephesians 6: 12 " For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."(KJV). Hallee manifests spiritual warfare into flesh. We see Harmony and Steve have to battle against the spiritual wickedness which is a battle for the ages. Harmony is a Christian artist who crosses over into the Pop. Her family worries that the world will influence her but she stands firm in her belief that God is leading her to sing the songs she sings in the venues she sings them. Steve is a rockstar and the lead singer of a group whose name literally means Hell.
